(JCC of Manhattan; photo ID required, Amsterdam Avenue at 76th Street, New York, NY 10023) (6pm) "How Do I Look" is an acclaimed documentary that captures an underground gay scene whose mark on pop culture is huge. The screening is dedicated to Willi Ninja. And in a rare live appearance, vogueing legends House of Ninja will perform exclusively at this event. It's a rare opportunity to see this uniquely gay art form. Visionary Filmmaker/Director Wolfgang Busch with Assistant Director and Ballroom Icon Kevin Omni, who has produced and hosted fashion shows for 15 years, produced Balls for 25 years and has earned over 230 trophies since 1980, will join us for a post-screening Q&A. Poet Emanuel Xavier, who's been part of this scene for years, will also read from his poem "Legendary", a work created in memory of Pepper LaBeija. More than 10 years in the making, "How Do I Look" offers an intimate look inside the Balls. Downtown stars Kevin Aviance, Michael Musto and Patricia Field also dish about the scene. You'll also get the inside dirt on members of "Houses" whose talents led them to work with superstars like Madonna, Queen Latifah, India, and fashion designer Thierry Mugler; Jose Xtravaganza's tales of working with Madonna on the "Vogue" and "Truth or Dare" videos are especially priceless.
